George Kelly – Owner

George Kelly, formerly of island hotspot The Nautilus, is a Nantucket native. After earning a degree in Economics from Lehigh University, he travelled extensively around the world. Consistently returning to his island home in the summers, George has worked at a number of popular Nantucket institutions, including The Gazebo, the Boarding House, and the Pearl. A combination of his experiences abroad and a commitment to his island roots makes him a wonderful contributor to Nantucket’s unique and innovative restaurant family.

Nick Nass – Owner

Nick Nass was born and raised in upstate New York and earned a degree in Economics from the University of Albany. After having worked as a successful real estate agent in Honolulu upon graduation, Nick made the decision to relocate to Nantucket and immediately fell in love with the island community. He began his career in hospitality at the island favorite Rope Walk, and has since been working at Cru for the past five years.   Nick is eager to provide a wonderful new addition to Nantucket’s social and culinary community.
